A Course in Miracles is a powerful tool for releasing your past, understanding your present and creating your future. In a nutshell, these lessons can teach you the nature of true forgiveness by helping you see your true divine essence and your purpose.

According to the introduction to the workbook, "The exercises are very simple. They do not require a great deal of time and it does not matter where you do them. They need no preparation...The purpose of the workbook is to train your mind in a systematic way to a different perception of everyone and everything in the world...Remember only this; you need not believe the ideas, you need not accept them, and you need not even welcome them. Some of them you may actively resist. None of this will matter, or decrease their efficacy. But do not allow yourself to make exceptions in applying the ideas the workbook contains, and whatever your reactions to the ideas may be, use them. Nothing more than that is required."

Light Beings are multi-dimensional Beings which include Angels, Ascended Masters and all energy forms from the higher realms, who are currently unseen by most people in the three dimensional plane. They are aware and conscious of the oneness of all, the universal wisdom and are the teacher’s teacher. You have much to offer and it was with an open hearted vision that you committed to incarnate into human form at this time. You knew prior to your commitment what would be taking place on earth, and it was because of this that you chose to come forth. You have much to offer, yet I see many of you with doubts and fears which prevent you from even discovering your purpose let alone following it. I come today to offer my help in raising your courage, so that you may move past the doubt and fear, to hear why you chose to come to earth and what you have chosen as your mission. You are ready.
