In a nutshell, these lessons can teach you the nature of true forgiveness by helping you see your true divine essence and your purpose.

According to the introduction to the workbook, "The exercises are very simple. They do not require a great deal of time and it does not matter where you do them. They need no preparation...The purpose of the workbook is to train your mind in a systematic way to a different perception of everyone and everything in the world...Remember only this; you need not believe the ideas, you need not accept them, and you need not even welcome them. Some of them you may actively resist. None of this will matter, or decrease their efficacy. But do not allow yourself to make exceptions in applying the ideas the workbook contains, and whatever your reactions to the ideas may be, use them. Nothing more than that is required."

Light Beings are multi-dimensional Beings which include Angels, Ascended Masters and all energy forms from the higher realms, who are currently unseen by most people in the three dimensional plane. They are aware and conscious of the oneness of all, the universal wisdom and are the teacher’s teacher. They are all around us and when asked will help us as we move through this adventure called life. These messages are for you, the reader, sent with love to give guidance, support and encouragement.

Connect with Earth

The more that you connect with the earth the more that you will maintain a clear mind and an open heart. This connection will help to heal any disease, for by working with elements from the earth you can bring forth healing remedies and light. I also want to tell you how beautiful and bright you are. Your light shines forth even though you are not aware of it all of the time. When you are coming from your lower energies your light dims slightly, but for the most part you are vibrant as you have increased your vibration in the last couple of years. Because of the increase in your vibration you are much less susceptible to illness and lower energies. Continue to raise your focus and connect with Spirit. The combination of connecting with mother earth and Spirit will help you in all areas of your life, for as you embrace the very wonders which surround you, you open to receive all that is offered. Raise your hearts and your minds to the highest good, in the process connecting with all.
